SNAFU Media

A brand inspired by some of history’s biggest fuckups.

About the project

We had the pleasure of working with FilmNation and Pacific Electric Picture Company to develop the branding and overarching design system for SNAFU Media, as well as the cover art for season two of their flagship podcast.

SNAFU is a podcast hosted by Ed Helms that delves into history’s greatest screw-ups. Each season, Helms explores significant yet often overlooked historical events marked by major blunders and their far-reaching consequences.

Revealing Narrative

Season 2 of SNAFU focuses on the 1971 heist in Media, Pennsylvania, where a group of antiwar activists exposed the FBI’s secret surveillance operations. Through storytelling and interviews with key figures, SNAFU sheds light on these pivotal moments, revealing their impact on current issues like government transparency and civil liberties.
